Behind The Scenes
Angela Quick is a contemporary gospel, jazz and R&B singer, songwriter and musician from Baltimore, Maryland. She began her singing career in her church.
At the age of three, she began singing with the children's choir with whom her mother founded and taught. Being the daughter of a Pastor, she was always surrounded with prayer and the word of God. Therefore, her parents recognized her musical ability very early on.
Angela went on to further pursue her gifts at Morgan State University, where she gained classical vocal training and travelled extensively under the tutelage of the late Dr. Nathan Carter.
Angela has served in many capacities utilizing her musical gifts. Some include minister of music, as well as minister of praise & worship at various churches.
"I want to minister music that people can be changed by," she says. "I receive joy when I sing and see people realize there is hope despite the circumstances they may be facing.
Her compelling, extraordinary, and captivating voice is powerful and subdues the hurting soul. "I want people to much pain." She says. "Through that pain and suffering God has healed me by the know that when I sing, it comes from a heart that has experienced power of his blood, and I want to share that through my music." She says
